Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective or damaged items.
- Non-defective items returned only if unopened and in original packaging.
- Custom orders or perishable goods (e.g., snacks) are non-returnable.
Process
- Contact usa2srilanka@gmail.com with order number, reason, and photos (if damaged).
- Await approval within 3 business days.
- Ship item back using provided return label (cost on us for defects; you for non-defects).
- Receive refund or replacement once item is inspected.
Refunds
- Processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
- Credited to original payment method.
- Shipping fees non-refundable unless due to our error.
Exceptions
- Items lost or delayed in transit are covered by insurance; contact us for claims.
- Returns outside 14 days considered case-by-case.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
